Cross Country – For all athletes who plan on racing Cross Country (2000m, 3000m or 4000m)
Season Dates: September 4th to December 7th
Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm every Tuesday and Wednesday
Location: Union Catholic High School and/or Oak Ridge Park, Clark
Cost: $250

Indoor Track & Field – For athletes who plan on competing Indoor
Season Dates: December 3rd to late February or Mid March
Time: 5:30pm-6:45pm every Tuesday and Wednesday
Location: Union Catholic High School
Cost: $250
Registration Available in November
Note: Length of Season varies for each athlete. Based on postseason qualification.
SPRING / SUMMER 2025
Outdoor Track & Field – For athletes who plan on competing Outdoor
Season Dates: March 26th to Late June or Early August
Time: 6:30pm-7:45pm every Tuesday and Wednesday
Location: Union Catholic High School
Cost: $250
Registration Available in mid-February

Fall Sprints Training – For Sprinters looking to build a foundation for Indoor Track & Field
– Sprints Fall Training is ONLY for returning Speed Skills team members. New Members to the Track & Field Team should join for the Winter and/or Spring/Summer Seasons.
– October 5th – November 16th (7 Sessions)
– 5:30pm-7:00pm every Wednesday
– Oak Ridge Park in Clark (On Grass behind the Clubhouse)
